The company’s consumer business director Shashwat Sharma said Airtel’s new World Pass offers better value than local rides or simulators in most countries.

Airtel users who subscribe to World Pass will get multiple benefits. The biggest benefit is that the plan unlocks connectivity to up to 184 countries. Airtel will also provide 24/7 customer support from any corner of the world for free. A dedicated number 99100-99100 is available for calls and WhatsApp for all customers traveling internationally. Airtel also revealed that customers will be assisted by a team of network specialists and experienced for real-time problem resolution.

There are special packs for customers who travel frequently or travel internationally for longer. The validity of these plans is up to one year.

In addition to the above benefits, customers will have unlimited data available for emergency use and messaging applications. Users can manage all their international roaming needs in the Airtel Thanks app to get updates on usage, billing amount, or adding data or minutes.
