Max Air Vice President and CEO Bashir Mangal has died.
The businessman, according to a statement, passed away at dawn on Friday, December 23, 2022, after a brief illness.
However, the nature of the illness was not disclosed in the statement issued by Max Air’s media adviser.
“Inna lillahi wa inna Ilaihi rajiun, this is to announce the death of our beloved brother Alhaji Bashir Barau Mangal, Vice President and CEO of Max Air, in the early hours of today, Friday December 23, 2022. May Allah grant him Jannatul Firdaus”, the notification read.
It was collected that the remains of the deceased have been buried according to Islamic rites in his hometown in Katsina state.
Mr. Mangal was the younger brother of the business magnate and Chairman of Max Air, Mr. Dahiru Bara’u Mangal.
