On Tuesday, November 29, 2022, Tyler Lingerfelt passed away. Tyler was a jet propulsion LCPO on the USS Harry S Truman (CVN-75).
The cause of death has yet to be determined. He is survived by his beautiful wife and his adorable children. In a statement, Peggy Sain Lingerfelt said: “So when I woke up this morning, I woke up from my rest and realized that the nightmare is real. It’s really gone. There will be no more Wonderful Bear Hugs from my Son, He will not be able to be there for his children to grow. He loved his babies so much and was looking forward to marrying his true love, Liz, and building a beautiful combined life together.” Tyler was a loving husband, father, and son. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

He also served as an Auxiliary Division LCPO on USS Harry S Truman (CVN 75), Chief Nuclear Mechanic on Submarine Squadron Eleven, and Nuclear Machinist Chief Petty Officer on USS Scranton (SSN-756).
