The management of the school of the Federal Polytechnic Akanu Ibiam, Unwana, has published the list of admittances for the National Diploma (ND) and the Higher National Diploma (HND) for the academic session 2022/2023.
This is to inform all candidates who participated in the Federal Polytechnic Akanu Ibiam (UNWANAPOLY) Admission Selection Exercise 2022/2023 that they can now check their admission status.
Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana is located in the city of Unwana, Ebonyi State, Nigeria. The polytechnic was founded in 1981 and is owned by the federal government. It is named after Akanu Ibiam, the Governor of the First Republic of the Eastern Region of Nigeria. The school was initially located on the current site of Federal Government College Okposi and moved to its site at Unwana in 1987.
Unwana Poly ND and HND Admission List contains the names of the candidates who were offered provisional admission into the Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic National Diploma Programs and Higher National Diploma Programs for the 2022/2023 academic session.

How to Check Akanu Ibiam Federal Poly Unwana Admission List Through School Portal/Website
The Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic (UnwanaPoly) Admission List has been successfully uploaded online. Just follow the procedures below to check yours.
- Go to Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic, Unwana Admission Status Check Portal @ https://portal.polyunwana.edu.ng/Modules/Admissions/CheckAdmissionStatus.aspx
- Choose your session i.e. 2022-2023 and then enter your application number found on the acknowledgment voucher you printed out during registration eg APP/HND/00001 OR APP/ND/00001.
- It will redirect you to generate an invoice for the payment of the sum of #1500.
- After generating the invoice, print it, then go to any bank of your choice and make your payment,
- Lastly, confirm your admission status by going back to the school portal again https://portal.polyunwana.edu.ng/Modules/Admissions/CheckAdmissionStatus.aspx and enter your application number and your admission status will be displayed.

Akanu Ibiam Federal Poly Unwana prospective candidates can also access their admission status online from JAMB Admission Status Verification Portalfollowing the procedure described below:
- Go to the JAMB E-Installation portal in jamb.gov.ng/efacility/.
- Sign in to your jamb profile with your Username Y key code.
- Scroll down, locate and click ‘Check admission status‘ tab.
- select its exam year Y Get into your registration number in the required columns.
- Finally, click on ‘Check admission status‘ to access your Unwana Poly admission status.
You will see the intake in progress, check back later, or UNADMITTEDeither CONGRATULATIONS.

ADMISSION IN PROGRESS?
This means that you have been recommended for admission and are only in the pipeline. With admission in progress, consider yourself admitted. Just keep checking and to see when the notification will change to congratulations you have been admitted.
NOT YET ADMITTED?
This answer simply means that you should still be considered for admission. Please check the school site and JAMB regularly for any changes. However, candidates are advised to follow the instructions below:
