The management of the school of Lagos State University (LASU), Ojo, has published the list of candidates who are offered provisional admission in the various undergraduate programs of the University for the academic session 2022/2023.
This is to inform all the candidates who participated in the Lagos State University (LASU) Admission Selection Exercise 2022/2023 that they can now check their admission status
Lagos State University (LASU) was established in 1983 by the Enabling Act of Lagos State of Nigeria, for the advancement of learning and the establishment of academic excellence. The university also offers courses at the Diploma, Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. LASU is the only state university in the former British colony.
LASU Admission List contains the names of UTME and Direct Entry candidates who have been offered provisional admission to the Lagos State University Degree Programs for the 2022/2023 academic session.

How to Check LASU Admission List
Prospective Lagos State University candidates can now access their online admission status from JAMB Admission Status Verification Portalfollowing the procedure described below:
- Go to the JAMB E-Installation portal in jamb.gov.ng/efacility/.
- Sign in to your jamb profile with your Username Y key code.
- Scroll down, locate and click ‘Check admission status‘ tab.
- Select its exam year Y Get into your registration number in the required columns.
- Finally, click on ‘Check admission status‘ to access your LASU admission status.
You will see the intake in progress, check back later, or UNADMITTEDeither CONGRATULATIONS.

This means that you have been recommended for admission and are only in the pipeline. With admission in progress, consider yourself admitted. Just keep checking and to see when the notification will change to congratulations you have been admitted.
NOT YET ADMITTED?
This answer simply means that you should still be considered for admission. Please check the school site and JAMB regularly for any changes. However, candidates are advised to follow the instructions below:
NB: School administration will continue to update the list as it receives updates and approval from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) for recommended candidates.

- Visit the LASU admissions portal at services.lidc.lasu.edu.ng/admissionscreening/login.php
- Enter your JAMB registration number and your Last Name in the required columns (make sure the ALPHABETS IN YOUR REG. NUMBER are UPPERCASE).
- Click on the ‘Send’ button to access the dashboard of your LASU account
- Finally, locate the Check Admission Status and click on it to find out your LASU admission status.

The attention of Lagos State University Administration has been drawn to the activities of scammers who are currently circulating a fake payment portal on different social media platforms soliciting candidates who were recently offered provisional admission for the academic session 2022/2023 that make an urgent payment.
As a consequence of the above, the University Management wishes to advise the candidates who are offered provisional admission not to give money to any person (whether personal or external), but to make all necessary payments only in the official payment portal/website of the University www.lasu.edu.ng .
Please note that the University will not be responsible for any payment made to any individual or fake payment portal.
