Infinix Zero Ultra: everything we know so far
Thanks to its global launch in October this year, we know the specifications and the price of the device. Here’s everything you need to know about the Infinix Zero Ultra.
Infinix’s latest flagship, Zero Ultra, features a 6.8-inch curved Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 900 nits peak brightness support.
Under the hood, the Zero Ultra sports an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 920 processor that is paired with a Mali G68 GPU. It comes paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The phone boots XOS 12, based on Android 12.
As for the optics, the latest Infinix flagship comes equipped with a triple rear camera setup that includes a 200 MP main shooter with a 1/1.22-inch sensor size and OIS. It is accompanied by a 13MP ultra-wide angle lens, a 2MP depth sensor, and a dual-LED flash. For selfies and video calls, it packs a 32MP front-facing snapper with dual-LED flash.
The Zero Ultra is backed by a 4500mAh battery unit and 180W Thunder Charge fast charging support. It includes a Type-C port for charging and data transfer. Since the phone doesn’t have a 3.5mm audio jack, audio is also routed through a Type-C port. On the security front, it features an in-display fingerprint scanner. It also includes a stereo speaker setup.
The Infinix Zero Ultra comes in two color options: Coslight Silver and Genesis Noir. It weighs 231 grams. The Coslight Silver variant of the device measures 165.50 × 74.50 × 8.76 mm. While the Genesis Noir measures 165.50 × 75.08 × 9.16 mm. Device connectivity options include 5G, Dual-SIM, WiFi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, Glonass, and Beidou.
The Infinix Zero Ultra is priced at $520 (roughly Rs. 42,500) for a single 8GB + 256GB variant. We speculate that the company may launch it between the range of Rs 35,000 to Rs 40,000 in the country.
