Infinix Zero Ultra with 180W fast charging, Dimensity 920 SoC alongside Zero 20 launched in India: price, specifications


Infinix has launched two new smartphones in India. The company has launched the Infinix Zero Ultra which is its most premium offering for the Indian market. The device is currently at the top of the list of fastest charging smartphones in India. The Infinix Zero Ultra supports 180W fast charging out of the box.

Along with the Zero Ultra, the company has also released the Zero 20, which is a more affordable offering. Highlights of the Zero 20 include its front-facing camera, which supports optical image stabilization (OIS). Infinix Zero 20, Zero Ultra price in India and specifications

The Infinix Zero Ultra was launched with a single storage configuration in India. The phone offers 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. It is priced at Rs 29,999. The device is available in Coslight Silver and Genesis Noir colors. It goes on sale from December 25 through Flipkart.

The Zero 20, on the other hand, offers 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. It is priced at Rs 17,999 in India. The phone is available in Green Fantasy, Space Gray, and Glitter Gold color options. The device goes on sale from December 28 in India. As part of the introductory deals, the Zero 20 can be purchased for Rs 15,999 through Flipkart.

In terms of specs and features, the Infinix Zero Ultra is the most premium offering. It comes with a tall 6.8-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen with curved sides and a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The display supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a 360Hz touch sampling rate.

Under the hood, there is a 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 920 SoC with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The phone packs a 4500 mAh battery with support for 180W Thunder Charge technology. The company claims that its phone can charge from 1 to 100 percent in 12 minutes. The phone is also said to have 111 charging and battery protection features, covering the entire charging cycle from charger, circuit, and battery.

At the back, the phone has a triple camera setup. There is a 200MP main camera with OIS support along with a 13MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP macro sensor. For selfies, there’s a 32MP front-facing camera. The device runs Android 12 out of the box and has a layer of XOS 12 on top.

The Zero 20 is a 4G smartphone with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ AMOLED screen Monitor. There’s a waterdrop notch at the top for the 60MP front-facing camera, which supports OIS. The display also supports a 90Hz refresh rate.

The device also features a triple camera setup on the back with a 108MP main camera, a 13MP ultra-wide camera, and a 2MP depth sensor. It has a 4500 mAh battery under the hood with 45W fast charging support.

The phone draws power from a MediaTek Helio G99 SoC. It is paired with up to 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage. The phone runs on the XOS 12 based on Android 12 out of the box. It measures 164.43×76.66×7.98mm and weighs about 196 grams. The company promised to provide the Android 13 update along with two years of security support for both devices.
