Cam Bonaparte from Bravo’s new series southern hospitality appears to have reconciled with friend Venita Aspen from southern charm after their fight during the last season.
Aspen wasn’t the only cast member Bonaparte feuded with last season. Bonaparte and Craig Conover also had an explosive exchange at their sewing south end of year party during southern charm end of season. Bonaparte unfollowed most of the cast on Instagram but he said he has changed his mind. And credit BravoCon for her. reconciliation with many of the cast members.
Leva and Venita had many other problems in their friendship in ‘Southern Charm’
The Aspen and Bonaparte drama arose when Aspen showed Madison LeCroy a text message from Bonaparte where Bonaparte referred to LeCroy as “dumb” and that she was inducting Austen Kroll. Aspen insisted that LeCroy took the phone from her, but Bonaparte wasn’t sorry.
“I think it came down to… that really wasn’t the problem that he had with Venita,” Bonaparte said in the interview. Watch what happens live after the show. “I had a lot of other things that happened during the season in our friendship.”

While they’ve had some issues, Bonaparte said she and Aspen are trying to move on. “But we are in a much better place,” Bonaparte said. “And I like to believe the best in people. So I’m hopeful. Now he’s at our premiere party supporting me. So I’m hopeful.”
But at the time, Bonaparte didn’t feel like he could trust Aspen. “I learned who my friend was at the time, I learned a lot about Venita at the time,” he said. Eastern Time in September. It wasn’t like he was trying to hide [my thought] of Madison.
“Madison and I, if there’s anyone who’s going to say exactly what’s on our minds to the other person’s face, it’s me and her,” he continued. “We’ve never had a problem, so at the time…she didn’t understand where she was coming from. I think she does now. But what she would do differently is that she would not advise Madison.”
BravoCon reunited the friends of ‘Southern Charm’
Bonaparte also disagreed with LeCroy and others. But he said that BravoCon ended up being a very healing experience and that the southern charm the cast is really supportive southern hospitality.
“I feel like BravoCon was such a good energy that like southern charmerswe like it… united,” he shared in the WWHL after the show. “We made our apologies. The fans brought out the love. It was a love party.”
Bonaparte and Conover also support each other. But he said that Conover was acting like a “clown” in southern charm.
“Craig likes to talk about his new personality in business and everything, which I’m very proud of and very supportive of and always have been,” she told ET. “But at the time I thought, you’re being a really bad guy. Like, you’re being rude, you’re being mean. I’m a person who loves you, who cares about you, and you know when I went to sit with his partners, I have my own relationship with his partners outside of Craig.”
“We send text messages, we send emails,” Bonaparte said. “I helped them throw a pillow, I helped them get their [storefront], You know what I want to say? Like, we’re friendly. we are people who Own business in the cityso I have my own relationship with them, and I think at that point I’m having my own conversation and then he’s like jumping around, and he was acting like a clown.”
