Motorola recently launched the Moto G53 5G smartphone in China. The Chinese variant Moto G53 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 480+ processor. The Moto G53 has yet to make its global debut and it looks like the global variant of the Moto G53 5G will be different from the Chinese variant of the Moto G53. Forecaster Yogesh Brar has tweeted some of the key specs of the Moto G53 5G.
According to Yogesh, the Global variant of the Moto G53 5G will feature a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor. Furthermore, the Global variant of the device offers a triple rear camera setup compared to the dual cameras of the Chinese variant. Moto G53 5G: design rendering and specifications
Renders of the global Moto G53 5G variant reveal that the smartphone will feature an all-screen display panel with a centered hole-punch notch and a thick chin. The back panel of the device shows a triple rear camera setup and an LED flash. The smartphone appears to have a flat edge design and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner can also be seen along the right edge.
Talking about the specs, the global variant of the Moto G53 5G offers a 6.6-inch OLED display panel with a Full HD+ resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. In comparison, the Chinese variant offers a refresh rate display. 120 Hz but with IPS LCD technology.
Under the hood, the global Moto G53 5G variant could have an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 processor compared to the Snapdragon 480+ in the Chinese variant. The Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 is built with a 6nm processor and powers some mid-range phones including the Redmi Note 12 5G and iQOO Z6 Lite 5G. The global variant of the Moto G53 5G is said to come equipped with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of onboard storage.
The Moto G53 5G global variant will reportedly feature a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main shooter, an 8MP ultra-wide angle lens, and a 2MP auxiliary sensor (could be a macro or depth sensor). The Chinese variant of the device features a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50MP main shooter and a 2MP macro sensor.
The Moto G53 5G is designed to feature a 16MP front-facing shooter. The Chinese counterpart of the device offers an 8MP selfie camera. The Moto G53 5G global variant could pack a 5000 mAh battery unit with TurboCharging fast charging support. The smartphone is designed to launch MyUX, based on Android 13.
