Rumors about the premium OnePlus earbuds have started to surface online. The latter reveals the design of the OnePlus Buds Pro 2.
The 91Mobiles report, citing tipster Kuba Wojciechowski, has shared the high-quality renders of the Buds Pro 2. The TWS earbuds will come with an identical design, similar to the original Buds Pro. Let’s take a look at the design renderings, specifications, and other details known so far of the OnePlus Buds Pro 2.
OnePlus Buds Pro 2: expected appearance
OnePlus Buds Pro 2 could be a new pair of premium TWS earphones to be launched in India soon. Design renders of the TWS have leaked online. According to the 91Mobiles report, the earbuds will look identical to the original Buds Pro, which launched last year.
The report reveals the Buds Pro 2 in its olive green color. We can expect OnePlus to launch the TWS in more colors including black and silver. The headphones will have angled ear tips for a better fit. The top half of the ear cups has a matte finish, while the remaining half sports a glossy paint job. There is a microphone on the outer side of each earpiece. The report also reveals the design of the charging case, which is the same pebble-shaped case as the original model. It has a matte finish with OnePlus and Dynaudio branding.
The specifications of the TWS earphones have also been leaked. The Buds Pro 2 are said to come with dual 11mm and 6mm drivers. The headphones will also come with support for active noise cancellation (ANC) up to 45db.
In terms of battery life, each earphone is said to offer up to six hours of juice with ANC enabled. Without ANC, the headphones are said to offer up to nine hours of battery life. With the combo charging case, users can expect up to 38 hours of battery life when ANC is turned off. With ANC enabled, the earbuds and charging case will offer a combined 22-hour battery life.
The leaked details further reveal that the headset will have three microphones and support the LHDC 4.0 codec. There will also be support for spatial audio, according to some leaks. In addition to this, the headphones are said to support adaptive ANC, which will automatically determine the level of noise cancellation. Lastly, the Buds Pro 2 could offer up to three hours of battery life from just 10 minutes of charging. The charging case will also offer wireless charging support.
