OPPO’s next foldable smartphones are just around the corner. The company has yet to confirm the release date of its new foldable smartphones in China. However, rumors claim that the OPPO Find N2 series will be released very soon. The two foldable smartphones rumored to be released in China are the Find N2 and the Find N2 Flip. Ahead of the official launch, the rumor mill started revealing some key specifications and features of OPPO’s two foldable smartphones.
The latest set of leaks has surfaced (via) on the web, courtesy of tipster Digital Chat Station. According to the tipster, the Find N2 will feature a Snapdragon SoC, while the Find N2 Flip will pack a MediaTek SoC. Let’s take a look at the specifications, features and other details of the OPPO Find N2 series known so far.
OPPO Find N2, Find N2 Flip: what is known so far
The OPPO Find N2 series is rumored to launch in China in mid-December. The company has yet to reveal the release date for the foldable phones. Meanwhile, the rumor mill claims to have leaked the key details about the two phones.
Starting with the OPPO Find N2, the foldable phone will compete with the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4. It will launch with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC. Tipster Digital Chat Station further revealed that the premium foldable smartphone will launch with a more watch version. under the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC to deliver stable and sustained performance while consuming low power.
The device will sport a triple camera setup at the back. There will be a triple camera setup at the back. The foldable phone will come with a 50MP Sony IMX890 main camera sensor along with a 48MP Sony IMX581 ultra-wide camera and a 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto camera with 2x optical zoom. The rear camera system will be tuned in collaboration with Hasselblad and will also feature the MariSilicon X NPU. The internal and external displays will come with a 32MP front camera sensor.
Speaking of displays, the Find N2 will come with a 7.1-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. The folding screen will have a resolution of 1920 x 1792 pixels. Outside, there will be a 5.54-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED display with a resolution of 2120×1080 pixels and support for a 120Hz refresh rate.
The foldable phone will pack a 4,520mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging. It will come with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. The device will also launch with both leather and glass back options. The leather variant will weigh 233 grams, while the glass model will be slightly heavier at 237 grams. The device will boot ColorOS 13 based on Android 13 out of the box. Lastly, it will launch in black, white, and green color options.
Moving on to the Find N2 Flip, the foldable flip phone will feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ SoC. It will come with a 6.8-inch Samsung E6 AMOLED display with a 2520×1080 resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. A leaked video also revealed that the Find N2 Flip will sport a centrally aligned hole-punch cutout at the top of the display. The outer screen is quite large and has a vertical orientation. Digital Chat Station revealed that the screen will be 3.26 inches tall.

The Find N2 Flip is also said to pack a 4300mAh battery and offer 44W fast charging support. It will weigh about 191 grams. The rear camera setup of the device will feature a 50MP Sony IMX890 main camera and an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide camera. For selfies, there will be a 32MP Sony IMX709 front camera. Lastly, the device will launch in black, white, and purple colors.
