Redmi Buds 4 Lite moniker confirmed by Bluetooth SIG, clears multiple certifications revealing key specs – NewsNaija.com.ng

Xiaomi, a few months ago, launched the Redmi Buds 4 and Redmi Buds 4 Pro in the global markets. The company seems to have at least one more product in the Buds 4 lineup: the Redmi Buds 4 Lite. We have now spotted the upcoming Redmi Buds 4 Lite with the model number M2231E1 on Bluetooth Special Interest Group certification.

Furthermore, we have also seen the upcoming Redmi Buds in IMDA, TDRA, SDPPI and FCC certifications. The appearance on multiple certifications suggests an imminent release. To recall, design renderings of the upcoming Redmi Buds 4 Lite leaked on the web last month, revealing that the Buds 4 Lite will closely resemble Apple AirPods 3. Let’s take a closer look at the details.

The Redmi Buds 4 Lite Bluetooth SIG listing confirms that it will be based on Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. The FCC certification listing for Redmi Buds 4 Lite confirms the battery capacity of the earbuds and the case. The Redmi Buds 4 Lite earbuds will be equipped with 35mAh battery units and the charging case will include a 320mAh battery unit under the hood.

The FCC listing further reveals that the Redmi Buds 4 Lite will use a Type-C charging port. Other than that, these listings don’t reveal anything in terms of specifications. However, previously leaked design renders revealed that the upcoming Redmi Buds will feature a semi-in-ear design and will closely resemble the Apple AirPods 3.

As of now, this is only known in terms of specs, features, and design. However, we can expect it to be released soon as the Buds 4 Lite has earned multiple certifications.
