The upcoming Galaxy A5x series phone could be the company’s most premium smartphone offering in the A series as the Galaxy A74 5G won’t launch next year, according to a report. A listing on the Bluetooth SIG suggests that the next Samsung Galaxy A-series phone will launch soon. The Galaxy A54 5G has been spotted on the certification website under the model number SM-A546V. Samsung Galaxy A54 5G Bluetooth SIG
The Samsung Galaxy A54 5G has been spotted on the Bluetooth SIG website under the model number SM-A546V and is expected to launch soon. The listing confirms the official moniker of the phone and reveals its model number. Apart from this, the listing also reveals that the phone has support for Bluetooth 5.3.
The Galaxy A54 5G was recently spotted on the Geekbench website. It revealed that the phone draws power from a Samsung Exynos processor codenamed s5e8835. The device was listed on Geekbench with 6 GB of RAM. It is likely to offer 128 GB of internal storage. The phone also scored 776 and 2599 points in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests.
In addition to this, we know that the phone will run Android 13 out of the box. It will have a One UI 5.0 layer on top.
The Galaxy A54 5G is also tipped to get a triple camera setup at the back. Its leaked design reveals that the phone has a perforated cutout at the top. The screen is also flat with rather thin bezels around it. On the back, there are three circular cutouts for the camera and an LED flash.
Renderings of the design show the phone’s power and volume keys on the right edge. The bottom edge makes room for a USB Type-C port, microphone, and speaker grill. We don’t see a 3.5mm headphone jack.
The phone is likely to pack a larger 5100 mAh battery. It is also said to feature a new 50MP main camera sensor.
