According to the Geekbench listing, the phone has the model number SM-M546B. The listing also reveals that the phone draws power from a Samsung s5e8835 SoC, which could possibly be the Exynos 1380. This is contrary to a leak, which claimed that the Galaxy M54 5G will feature a Snapdragon 888 SoC.
The next Exynos SoC has been rumored for quite some time. Samsung is yet to share any more details about the rumored Exynos 1380. However, the Geekbench listing reveals that the phone has 2.4GHz quad-core and 2.0GHz quad-core. It is also paired with a Mali-G68 GPU. .
The Galaxy M54 5G variant listed on Geekbench has 8 GB of RAM. We can expect Samsung to launch the phone with 6 GB of RAM as well. The phone is likely to offer up to 128GB or even 256GB of internal storage. Samsung’s upcoming Galaxy smartphone will also run on the latest Android 13 update out of the box.
