Ghanaian musician King Promise says he did not appear at the WizKid Live show because the safety of patrons was questionable.
He says that he will never take people for granted and will make up for the “absence” in the event that took place at the Accra Sports Stadium.
“What I will never do is compromise your safety no matter how much I am paid for a show,” her statement read.
The musician took the opportunity to thank the Ghanaians for supporting him all these years because their support makes him who he is.
Meanwhile, several Ghanaian artists performed that night for the event’s patrons.
It is surprising that King Promise, who is now clearly a security expert, has detected security problems that his fellow Ghanaian artists did not.
